In keeping with the motto of San Juan Capistrano, Trevor’s At The Tracks will be dedicated to Preserving the Past to Enhance the Future. We will provide our guests with a first-class dining experience and paired with a menu that is Locally Sourced and Internationally Inspired. Community members and travelers alike will be invited to enjoy sumptuous plates from our Chew Chew Kitchen and handcrafted drinks from our new patio bar, while soaking in the sights and sounds of the historic Capistrano Depot.
Flavour
Our motto, Locally Acquired | Globally Inspired, is what we build our menu around. We aim to bring you flavors from around the world but with locally sourced ingredients. We work with local vendors such as The Ecology Center in San Juan Capistrano, West Coast Prime Meats located in Brea and Ingardia Brothers Produce in Santa Ana (just to name a few). We don’t like to go too far from our backyard because we believe this is how our food tastes the freshest!
Atmosphere
Our thoughtful renovations will breathe new life back into the iconic Depot building that was established in 1894. Commuters will delight in our new bakery concept that will complement our culinary program and offer “grab and go” goodies for their train journeys beyond. At Trevor’s At The Tracks, we are committed to the principles of sustainability and will strive to keep our ingredients and offerings as local as possible.
